Aidstempel Center of Hope, Wat Phrabatnampu / Thailand

Brief description of the project: In the main temple Phrabatnampu in Lopburi, Thailand are seriously ill AIDS patients in a hospital. About 70 km from the temple lies a village, THAMMARAK NIWET HOUSING PROJECT. There are about 1 000 HIV-positive people, including many children. The plan is a training program in acupuncture for medical personnel and Qi Gong classes for the patients.
 To whom is the aid beneficial? AIDS sufferers and HIV positive people on location. Team of voluteers: There are only two doctors and 2 nurses in the hospital and 3 nurses in the THAMMARAK NIWET HOUSING PROJECT.
Are residents involved in the team, training optional? The medical staff on location will be trained in a simple basic acupuncture, specifically for HIV / AIDS.
 Which kind of support is necessary from Europe? Volunteers and donations. The cost for the journey to take on the volunteers are still themselves.
